Plant Manager

The Plant Manager oversees all aspects of manufacturing operations within the assigned plant, ensuring production efficiency, quality standards, safety protocols, and adherence to company policies. They lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve production targets while maintaining a positive work environment. Responsibilities include production management, team leadership, quality assurance, safety compliance, budget and cost management, supply chain coordination, and communication and reporting.

RequirementsBachelors degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred). Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role, preferably in the packaging industry. Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing software systems.
