We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Change Analyst to join our team. The Change Analyst will be responsible for managing and overseeing the change control process for various projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Migration From China To Mexico
  • Provide support for the migration of data from the ERP system TeamCenter to Oracle PDCloud.
  • Assist in reviewing and modifying CAD documents to ensure seamless data migration.
  • Manage daily engineering change requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct realization and verification of revisions to ensure data accuracy.
  • Prepare weekly reports summarizing activities and progress made in data migration.
  • Oversee the life cycle of engineering changes and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Execute data migration processes from one PLM software to another.
  • Identify and localize relevant change approvals for effective implementation.

Requirements

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in data management, preferably in a similar role involving data migration and engineering change management.
  • Experience working with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software and ERP systems.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in using TeamCenter 11 Siemens and Oracle PDCloud for data migration.
  • Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD and CREO Parametric 8.0 for reviewing and modifying CAD documents.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite for report preparation and documentation.
  • Experience with Okta for user authentication and access management.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Organizational skills to manage daily engineering change requests and timelines effectively.
