Description of The Position 

Facilitator in all processes related to people, from their attraction, on boarding, adaptation and development, point of contact with the global CoE's of Human Resources.

Responsibilities 

Participate in the development of the strategy for OMS, supporting the different areas of the site and leading the processes and initiatives of Human Resources aligned with the strategy and objectives of the business.

Coach of the leadership team, promoter of culture, values and leadership model and guardian of policies, procedures and compliance. Ambassador of a culture of diversity, equity, belonging and inclusion.

Detail of activities

  • Leader of A3 of People & Culture (Dashboard and Indicators).
  • Coach and facilitator for site leadership and function as point of contact for Supply Chain at LAMEX level (aligned to global HRBPS).
  • Lead people initiatives that are key to support business objectives.
  • Consulting and advisory on People, Performance, Talent and Labor Relations issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead initiatives, special projects, surveys that contribute to the improvement of engagement, work environment and well-being.
  • Work together with CoE's, managers and founders in the application of policies, procedures and signals regarding key people processes.
  • Contribute with ideas and actions in search of the continuous improvement of procedures, processes and HR policies both global and local.
  • Maintain collaboration with Business Partners of global functions, CoE's, and with external providers of specialized services and legal-labor.
  • Develop the labor strategy and management of union relations.
  • Participate in the diversity committee and in the site's ERG's & ESG strategy.
  • Coach the leadership team and People Manager in the correct management of the TALK Platform (Check-in / Feedback), RECOGNIZE & REWARD (Inspire & Thrive).
  • Leader of inclusive talent attraction programs (LGBTQI+ & Capabilities) and Organon Young Talent.
  • Responsible for the occupational health area of the site.
  • Support of the Learning & Development, Talent and Individual Development Plans agenda.
  • Manage, coach and develop OMS HRBP reporting into this role.
  • Participate in global OMS leadership team meetings, representing OMS and specific site requirements, and collaborating with global colleagues on broader OMS initiatives.  
  • Act as a role model and leader as part of the extended LAMEX HR team.

Leaders with staff

  • Facilitate and participate in the performance and compliance with the audits and SHE tours that concern their area in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate by example the expected behaviors of Safety, Hygiene and Ecology through the monitoring of the OCA Program.
  • Responsible for reporting to the Plant Management any accident, incident or possible occupational disease that occurs , as well as ensuring the participation  in the investigation of accidents, incidents and occupational diseases, proposing corrective and preventive actions for the site.

Training

  • Comply with the training requirements established in the role’s training profile and do not perform activities for which I am not trained.

Quality

  • Support the leaders of Subsystems and QMS Work Teams in the maintenance of the Subsystems by participating in the update of Operating Procedures / Flow Charts that support the Quality Management Systems (QMS) for the information that applies to Human Resources.

Required Education, Experience and Skills 

  • Bachelor's degree: Administrative Sciences, Psychology or similar, or Bachelor's degree: Industrial Engineering or related.
  • Experience: 10 years of HRBP experience, at least 5 in Leadership positions reporting to General Management/Director or VP of Human Resources.
  • Knowledge: Labor Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Management, Training and Organizational Development.
  • Language: English 80%+
