As Production Supervisor you will be in charge of coordinating the activities of the GAP to achieve its results, managing the functions of the assigned personnel, taking care of the application of safety and hygiene standards and working conditions to achieve the desired quantity and quality.

Your responsibilities will include:

Participate and follow up on HOSHIN activities Propose personnel training actions Integrate the new members of the GAP Evaluate mastery of positions Perform and review time recording Balance of operations Review of compliance with parameter sheets and correct filling of March Dashboards, Prepare HSE Audits, PPM's, FES, ISO TS, VBD, etc. Execute F2F audits with your leading GAP staff.

Key requirements:

Bachelor's Degree, Industrial Engineering or Related Safety and Hygiene Interview techniques experience Quality systems experience Statistical process control Troubleshooting and personnel management Proper use of personal protective equipment Safe Chemical Administration Comprehensive management of hazardous waste ISO TS and specific customer requirements.
