(1005) Industrialization Engineer Jr

We are currently seeking an experienced Industrialization Engineer Mid to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring of equipment delivery dates with suppliers.

• Documentary record of new equipment.

• Generation of Self Evaluation (document that guarantees that the equipment is functional and has everything required to function properly) of the new equipment for delivery to production.

• Monitoring of facilities with maintenance and HSE teams.

• Documentary record of change management (arrival of a new machine at the plant).

• Ensure purchase of toolings and spare parts of the machines.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. If you have a strong background in industrial engineering and a passion for process optimization, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Industrialization Engineer Mid position should have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• 1 to 2 years of experience in industrial engineering or related role
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and methodologies (Core Tools...)
• Proficiency in process optimization and continuous improvement techniques
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
