Production Unit ME Engineer.

Responsibilities

Elaboration of Layout, confirmation of labor and equipment requirements necessary for the operation of the manufacturing processes of SBS products. Capacity studies and engineering changes in coordination with the Change Control Engineer and Project Control Engineer. Generation of PFMEA, work instructions and other documentation of the production processes of the ones you are leading. Fulfillment of BPW assignments in a timely manner. Purchase & installation of process equipment in charge for engineering changes and/or transfers. Reviews and confirms material Bills and passes them to Configurations personnel to proceed to capture them Annual review of PFMEA of production lines with multidisciplinary group. Comply with Safety, Quality & Environmental Systems Policies and Procedures established by the company. Comply with the training plan determined by the company for their position and/or area of function.

Required Skills & Experience

Degree in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics or related field. Advanced English years in Blueprint Reading Process Analysis PFMEA / Process Flow Poka Yokes Controls implementation Problem Solving (8D, 6 Sigma, 5 Whys, etc.) Project Development (RFQ, implementation, supplier development, PPAP) SAP Windchill IQ-RM(Apiez)
