What You'll Be Doing:
  • Respond to Leads: Handle inbound leads via phone, email, or text. Answer questions, schedule tours, and maximize sales potential.
  • Promote Properties: Highlight building features and community benefits to prospective tenants. Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Leasing Process: Guide leads through the entire leasing process, from initial contact to finalizing paperwork.
  • Use Software Tools: Maintain accurate records using property management software like Yardi, RealPage (OneSite), AppFolio, and Rent Manager.
  • Work Flexible Hours: Accommodate U.S. off-hours to meet the needs of our client's Los Angeles-based properties.
What We Need from You:
  • Experience: Prior experience as a leasing agent, meeting or exceeding sales goals for a U.S.-based company.
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal), exceptional sales and customer service skills.
  • Software Knowledge: Familiarity with Yardi, RealPage (OneSite), or other property management software.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of U.S. housing regulations, particularly the Fair Housing Act.
  • Availability: Willingness to work late hours and weekends to align with U.S. time zones.
