The position
As an IT Project Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for managing projects related to general business requirements, specialized/technical areas, or particular industries. Your main tasks will include: Developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation. Engaging with stakeholders to understand project requirements and priorities, and ensuring ongoing communication to manage expectations. Identifying potential project risks, assessing their impact, and developing mitigation strategies. Coordinating and managing content updates on the Novo Connect platform. Leading and overseeing the activities of the GBS Mexico City commercial sales IT team. Qualifications To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in IT project management and problem-solving. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong stakeholder management skills. We work collaboratively to plan, organize, and control resources/processes to achieve project objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.
