Job Description

This is a remote position.

Compensation:
USD 25 - 28/hour.

Location:
Remote (anywhere).

  • You are expert in defect tracking, leadership, QA methodology, and QA testing.
  • English - Conversacional.


Requirements
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in QA.
  • QA Methodology.
  • Adherence to Process/Standards.
  • Familiar with Various Development Methodologies Including Agile.
  • Requirements Ambiguity Analysis.
  • Test Scenario Development.
  • Test Case Development.
  • Familiar with Various Testing Techniques.
  • Familiar with Various Test & Defect Management Tools, such as JIRA.
  • Able to Advise on Best Practices for QA.
  • Test Effort Estimation.
  • Ability to Lead/Mentor Other Team Members, on and offshore.
  • Drive Testing Design.
  • Advanced Technical Skills.
  • Able to Offer Recommendations for Process Improvement and Carry Out a Plan to Implement Changes.
  • Able to Fill the Role of QA Lead as Needed.
  • Familiar with various technologies, including but not limited to; Unix, SQL, SOAPUI, Informatica, Business Objects.
