Responsabilidades:

Realizar los cálculos y los pagos de comisiones de agentes y corredores, revisando que las comisiones sean de acuerdo con la emisión y de claves de agentes activas, aplicando los descuentos de préstamos o descuentos especiales a los agentes, apoyándose en el sistema de comisiones para realizar los cálculos en la fecha pactada para cumplir en tiempo y forma con los pagos de compensaciones a la fuerza de ventas y garantizar un buen servicio.

Realizar los cálculos y los pago de anticipo de bonos, finiquitos de bonos anuales, adendums especiales, sobrecomisiones, bonos de emisión de agentes y corredores, analizando y entendiendo los convenios y adendums con agentes, revisando las bases de los cálculos como primas pagadas, siniestralidad y primas devengadas y apoyándose en el sistema de bonos para realizar el cálculo en la fecha pactada para cumplir en tiempo y forma con los pagos de compensaciones a la fuerza de ventas y garantizar un buen servicio.

Realizar el registro en el sistema de comisiones de los anticipos y finiquitos de bonos, afectando en el sistema de comisiones estos pagos que se realizan mediante cheques manuales y realizando el registro en la cuenta contable correcta para que aparezca en el estado de cuenta del agente y se haga el registro en los libros contables.

Requisitos:

Egresado de: Contador Público o Carreras Económico-Administrativas * Conocimientos de Sistema Contable Conocimiento Intermedio-avanzado de paquete Microsoft Office* Inglés 2 año de Experiencia en contabilidad general* 1 año de experiencia en atención a clientes* Habilidad para trabajar en equipo*
