  • Supervisar y coordinar el equipo de pruebas, asignando tareas, estableciendo prioridades y garantizando la entrega oportuna de los resultados.
  • Guiar al equipo en el diseño y ejecución de casos de prueba basados en flujos de trabajo y requisitos específicos del proyecto.
  • Liderar la automatización de pruebas utilizando frameworks como Selenium, asegurando la eficiencia y la precisión de las pruebas de regresión.
  • Facilitar la integración de APIs y la realización de pruebas de integración para garantizar la interoperabilidad y la comunicación efectiva entre sistemas.
  • Dirigir la implementación de técnicas de virtualización para simular entornos de producción y realizar pruebas exhaustivas en diferentes configuraciones.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de desarrollo para identificar y solucionar problemas de forma proactiva, promoviendo una cultura de calidad.
  • Establecer y mantener estándares de calidad para la documentación y el reporte de defectos, asegurando la coherencia y la claridad en la comunicación.
  • Impulsar la mejora continua de los procesos de prueba y liderar la adopción de nuevas herramientas y metodologías dentro del equipo.
  • Utilizar su experiencia en el rubro de las telecomunicaciones para comprender las necesidades específicas del sector y guiar al equipo en la entrega de soluciones de calidad.
  • Ingles conversacional (comunicación con USA)
