IT Application Support Analyst

Investigate, triage, diagnose, and resolve technical application issues reported by clients. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Unqork, Java Spring, and REST API. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, including Unqork, Java Spring, and REST API. Helps to provide application support until tickets are resolved. Formulate proposals for problem resolution and/or improvements. Ensures all relevant implementation, support, and change management processes are adhered to (i.e. Software Development Lifecycle and Change Management). Supports Project Teams ensuring technology related projects are implemented successfully and on time with minimal impact to the production environment.What do you need to have?
Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in a technology related discipline; OR a combination of work experience, education, and training equivalent to a two-year college degree in a technology related discipline. Minimum of 1 or 2 years related work experience. Good knowledge in Java, Spring, REST API Knowledge in Unqork (preferred) English proficiency.What makes you stand out?
