  • Liderar y manejar  varios equipos autónomos de producción EAPs y todas las áreas de logística incluidas, también los flujos de materia prima, componentes y producto terminado, localidades de almacenaje (dentro y fuera) así como bodegas externas.

  • Asegurar que los estándares de calidad, costo, entregas e involucramiento del personal son implementados correctamente

  • Estar involucrado en todas las acciones encaminadas a la mejora de estos estándares en el área.
