Responsibilities

Guide and coach employees٫ monitoring their productivity Knowledge of automotive quality and processes. Production scheduling and monitoring (lines) Production KPI monitoring and compliance (efectivity, productivity) Establish daily٫ weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees. Prepare reports on performance and progress and present them to sentior managers Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.

Required Skills & Experience

Desirable Profesionnal  Desirable Automotive experience years of experience in Production Process -  Basic Knowledge in Quality Systems, IATF, 5's, ISO y and Industrial Security concepts. Communication at all levels Leadership skills Positive attitude
