Administrative Associate

As an Administrative Assistant, you will make sure that work runs smoothly for our consultants or COO´s by keeping them organized and providing day-to-day administrative support in project management, documents, and marketing presentations preparation. We will count on you to:

Assist/support consultants or COO´s to deploy multiple projects in various departments. Maintain calendars for senior level employees and manage client, vendor, carrier, and internal event planning and meetings. Making advanced power point presentations. Coordinate travel accommodations and process expense reports. Support meeting preparations and taking minutes. Provide editorial Peer Review and formatting of documents and marketing brochures. Build relationships with our consultants and their Administrative Assistants. Coordinate with US Facilities teams for production needs (i.e. printing). . Support and coordinate project management activities and assist in planning, organizing, and executing projects to ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner.  Responsible for purchases orders and invoices for vendors and subcontractors. Among others.

What do you need to have?

At least 3 years of experience in Marketing assistance and project management. Associate´s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related fields with marketing junior background. English proficiency. Power Point proficiency.
