This role is ideal for a professional looking to contribute to the optimization of production processes and cost-saving initiatives in a leading automotive company. The Senior Process Engineer will play a key role in driving innovation and efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in production processes, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Advanced knowledge of quality standards and tools (IATF16949, Core Tools).
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
Skills & Competencies:
- Adaptability and openness to change in dynamic production environments.
- Expertise in key processes like SMT, Coating, Foam, and automotive seat manufacturing.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Focused on continuous improvement, with proven experience in cost reduction projects.
- Client-oriented, with experience working with industry leaders such as GM and FORD.
