Your role

Joining Kisi as a Senior Recruiter places you at the forefront of our talent acquisition strategy, where you'll focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive the company’s growth and success. Your role is critical in ensuring we build a strong and capable team that aligns with our organizational goals and culture. Your expertise in recruitment, combined with your strategic thinking and interpersonal skills, will be essential in managing the full recruitment life cycle and building a robust pipeline of candidates. Additionally, your leadership skills will help mentor and guide junior recruiters within the team.

Your responsibilities

Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to extending offers and onboarding new hires.

Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract top talent.

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes to senior management.

Promote Kisi's employer brand through various channels, ensuring we attract high-quality candidates who align with our company culture.

Mentor and guide junior recruiters, providing support and sharing best practices to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals.

Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Your qualifications

3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1-2 years in a senior or lead recruiter role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and deliver results.

Experience in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels with international exposure (eg., Sweden and US)

Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers.

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to collective success.

Demonstrated experience in mentoring and developing junior recruiters.
