Responsible for driving the successful industrialization of products and equipment by adhering to the IPROM (Industrial PROject Management) procedure and leveraging the V5000 Roadmaps, which outline the strategic direction for industrial aspects. This role involves planning and executing the necessary steps to ensure the smooth transition of products and equipment from prototype to mass production, considering factors such as manufacturing feasibility, process optimization, and cost efficiency.

·  Quality Management: maintaining and improving product/service quality, conducting audits, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards (ISO, IATF, etc.).

·  Warranty Administration: Proficient in managing warranty claims, analyzing product failures, coordinating repairs/replacements, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective warranty processes.

·  APU Management: Skilled in overseeing aftermarket parts units, ensuring compatibility, reliability, and customer support, with a focus on optimizing inventory and minimizing downtime.

·  Risk Assessment & Prevention: Proven ability to identify risks, implement preventive measures, and mitigate potential issues to enhance operational efficiency and product reliability.

·  Cross-functional Collaboration: Effective communicator with experience collaborating across departments (Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing) to streamline processes, resolve challenges, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

·  Documentation & Reporting: Proficient in preparing detailed reports, documenting quality metrics, and presenting findings to stakeholders to support informed decision-making and compliance audits.

·  Regulatory Compliance: Knowledgeable in regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EPA) and experienced in ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards through rigorous inspection and compliance initiatives.

- 2 years in process development or production ideally in the automotive industry.
