Responsabilidades del puesto:

 

  • Responsable de la supervisión, dirección y liderazgo en seguridad, calidad, productividad y compromiso para asegurar que se cumplen los objetivos.
  • Supervisar a los empleados en la producción diaria, asignación y dirección del trabajo; evaluar el rendimiento de los empleados; promover la seguridad, la producción de calidad y el trabajo en equipo; resolver conflictos.
  • Dirigir y motivar a los empleados dando ejemplo de comportamiento, actitud y rendimiento superiores para que trabajen con eficiencia y eficacia, garantizando al mismo tiempo un entorno de trabajo seguro y un producto de calidad.
  • Comunicar eficazmente la información operativa en formato oral y escrito a todos los niveles: miembros de la cuadrilla, otros supervisores, dirección de la planta, personal de oficina y clientes y proveedores externos.
  • Promover activamente y garantizar el cumplimiento de la seguridad, la calidad y otros programas e iniciativas utilizados dentro de la organización.
