Descripción de la vacante

Main responsibilities are:

  • Contribute to strategic and operational planning.
  • Lead the plans, strategies, processes, and measurements of IT solutions and services.
  • Lead the adoption of new technologies, information architecture, information security, methodologies, and best practice solutions.
  • Promote the execution of performance plans for the team and the administrative plans of the area.
  • Develop and manage budgets for salaries, operating expenses, and managed expenses.
  • Evaluate, negotiate, and manage IT suppliers and their respective contracts.

Perfil del candidato

Must:

  • On-site position in Tampico, Tamaulipas
  • Executive position overseeing the company's digital transformation
  • Leader to manage the company's projects with project management experience
  • Adaptation of new technologies, new practices, and IT solutions from scratch
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, information infrastructure, and management of multidisciplinary areas
  • Experience with projects like migrating individual work to Google Workplace
  • Experience with policies, ERP, connectivity, and VPN
  • Experience in managing and communicating with suppliers as they plan to enter the U.S. market
  • Soft skills such as leadership, teamwork, communication, and management of large projects



Desirable:

  • Degree in a relevant field in information technology
  • Experience in the construction industry (other can be industries like manufacturing, logistics, supply chain)
  • Knowledge of programming
