Job Description
The Property Manager will oversee the management and operations of industrial properties in Querétaro. This role includes ensuring the smooth functioning and upkeep of facilities, while also developing strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The Property Manager will work closely with clients, contractors, and government agencies to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high standards across all facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance and operational activities to ensure optimal performance of industrial facilities.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any operational issues promptly.
  • Oversee budget management, ensuring appropriate allocation of resources and cost control for operational expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including licenses, permits, safety policies, and environmental standards.
  • Coordinate the presentation and upkeep of the industrial park, ensuring facilities are well-maintained and visually appealing.
  • Manage relationships with government agencies and regulatory entities to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Supervise the security of operations, including the implementation of safety programs such as working at heights and civil protection measures.
  • Plan and execute major infrastructure maintenance projects within established timelines and budgets.
  • Monitor and report on operational performance, maintenance activities, and customer service to senior management, recommending continuous improvements.
  • Mentor and develop the operational team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Ensure the proper management of the corporate image within the industrial park, overseeing aesthetics, signage, and accessibility.


Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop the operations team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain and build client relationships.
  • Solid understanding of property management principles, including maintenance operations, safety regulations, and budget oversight.
  • Knowledge of local regulations, environmental policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in coordinating facility operations and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex issues effectively.
  • Ability to manage budgets, monitor performance, and report operational outcomes to senior management.
  • Project management experience, particularly in infrastructure development and large-scale maintenance activities.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (mandatory).

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Architecture, or related fields.
  • A postgraduate degree is desirable.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or facility management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Specific experience in managing industrial properties or commercial real estate is highly desirable.
