Will organize Plant & Quality resources in order to efficiently lead efficencies on the implementation of projects during Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling and Closing processes for new equipment, trial production & launching and improving operations KAI's & KPI's.
Support Toluca Battery Package as a leader within the organization. implementing Early Equipment Management (EEM) Pillar through application of principles and tools supporting other cluster.
