Como IT COE Supply Chain su función requiere la gestión completa de la supervisión, el apoyo y la consolidación de los servicios externos (HD de primer nivel, AMS de segundo nivel de apoyo). Debe seguir la correcta ejecución de los procedimientos informáticos, implicando a los recursos centrales del COE para las tareas asignadas y bajo su responsabilidad. Principales Responsabilidades:
    • Garantizarás la actualización constante y continua de las tecnologías bajo su área de responsabilidad, el diseño funcional y técnico de soluciones informáticas para gestionar todos los procesos en el ámbito de los módulos Supply Chain Planning y Execution en SAP.
    • Supervisarás las soluciones de punta a punta, en colaboración con el arquitecto y todos los actores, incluyendo los equipos de proyecto externos.
    • Serás el contacto y punto focal de la empresa a nivel de grupo para la experiencia técnica del área. Tendrás relación continuamente con otros centros de competencia, actores de negocio y Plataformas de soporte y solicitudes de mejora (IRs), para garantizar el correcto y eficiente mantenimiento y evolución del área dentro del Grupo.
    • Serás la persona de contacto principal para apoyar las actividades diarias del negocio de América.
¿A quién estamos buscando?
  • Experiencia en el área de Supply Chain.
  • Experiencia en SAP IM-MM, WM y/o EWM
  • Experiencia en la Integración con sistemas externos (3PL y/o DCs).
  • Experiencia laboral en empresas internacionales con sede central de TI/empresas de servicios.
