tus responsabilidades clave incluirán:
Realizar y gestionar órdenes de trabajo de mantenimiento, incluyendo mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo.
Producir informes detallados y archivar sistemáticamente documentos e información.
Cuidar proactivamente el equipo, más allá de las órdenes de trabajo existentes.
Asistir a los operadores de producción en ajustes de equipos y resolver problemas técnicos de manera rápida.
Supervisar la automatización de equipos y procesos para aumentar la eficiencia y la confiabilidad.
Mantener un ambiente limpio y seguro en las áreas de mantenimiento.
Desarrollar y actualizar mejoras en sistemas, equipos electrónicos y conectividad de maquinaria.
Gestionar actualizaciones de datos maestros en Sistemas de Ejecución de Manufactura (MES), incluyendo recetas, programas, Interfaces Hombre Máquina (HMI) y paneles de control.
Supervisar servicios de contrato ocasionalmente para asegurar el cumplimiento de calidad y proteger la información de la empresa.
Proponer e implementar mejoras en tareas y planes de mantenimiento, y extender el ciclo de vida de equipos, maquinaria e instalaciones.
Apoyar y participar activamente en la implementación de proyectos de gasto de capital (capex) y cumplir con las directrices corporativas de Coca-Cola, incluyendo los estándares KORE y Buenas Prácticas de Fabricación (BPF).
Requisitos
Cuáles son las calificaciones necesarias:
El candidato exitoso deberá poseer:
Conocimientos profundos en sistemas mecánicos, neumáticos, de control eléctrico, programación de PLC, modificaciones en programas para mejoras de procesos y detección de fallas.
Experiencia en la operación de diversas maquinarias incluyendo bombas positivas, centrífugas, sistemas neumáticos, máquinas de llenado (polvo y líquido), agitadores, homogenizadores y Sistemas de Limpieza en Sitio (CIP).
Comprensión de subestaciones eléctricas, plantas de emergencia, UPS, variadores de frecuencia e instalación de control electromagnético.
Experiencia comprobada en la gestión y documentación de cumplimiento con sistemas de gestión integrados y normas internacionales (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
Fuerte compromiso con los estándares de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente.
