Multiplica Talent te está buscando: Somos una consultoría en Recursos Humanos enfocada en reclutar talento digital.

Buscamos a un UI Designer con experiencia en productos digitales para trabajar en una empresa de ecommerce.

La persona que buscamos, deberá de contar con iniciativa y auto dirigido; que disfrute de trabajar de manera estratégica y en equipos multidisciplinarios.

Estamos buscando a un/una (UI Designer), apasionad@ por el diseño intuitivo y enfocado por hacer producto usadles, el entendimiento de las personas que le permitan desarrollar soluciones tomando en cuenta las necesidades de los usuarios y stakeholders; para formar parte de una de las aerolíneas más grandes del país.

  • Trabajarás para determinar cómo los consumidores interactúan con la tecnología en cualquier forma que adopte: Aplicación, Sitio Web, un sistema, etc.
  • Debe de contar con un ojo limpio y artístico para el diseño, que posea grandes habilidades de UI y puede traducir los requisitos de alto nivel en flujos de interacción y artefactos para transformarlos en interfaces de usuario intuitivas y funcionales.
  • Debe ser capaz de ejecutar todas las etapas de diseño visual desde el concepto hasta la entrega final a la ingeniería comprendiendo las necesidades de los usuarios y del negocio.

Requirements


  • Portafolio robusto con proyectos de diseño de interfaces
  • Experiencia en software de diseño (Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Zepplin, Invision, etc.)
  • Experiencia trabajando aplicaciones web/mobile.
  • Entendimiento de las capacidades y potencial de lenguajes web modernos como HTML5, CSS3 y jQuery.
  • Creación de guías de estilo con fuentes, tipografías, paleta de colores e iconografía.
  • Creación de elementos UI (botones, menús, etc.) con base en guías de estilo o línea de diseño establecida.
  • Consistencia, alineación y otras buenas prácticas del diseño.
  • Documentación de diseño con nomenclatura y agrupaciones
  • Creación de prototipos interactivos
  • Testeo de prototipos.
  • Creación de sistemas de diseño.
