Debido a un fuerte crecimiento y a la fuerte apuesta de la empresa por México, actualmente se requiere incorporar al equipo a un Project Development Manager que sera el encargado de la gestión de los proyectos PV desde etapas incipientes, apoyando a la gestión de terrenos, todas las tramitaciones y permisos hasta llegar al RtB.
Funciones Principales De La Posición
Identificar y evaluar terrenos potenciales para el desarrollo de proyectos fotovoltaicos, realizando un análisis de viabilidad técnica, económica y ambiental.
Liderar el proceso de negociación y adquisición de terrenos, incluyendo la gestión de contratos de arrendamiento.
Obtener todas las licencias, permisos y autorizaciones necesarias para el desarrollo del proyecto, coordinando con autoridades locales, estatales y federales ( CENACE, CRE, SEMARNAT, EVIS , INAH…)
Desarrollar y mantener relaciones clave con stakeholders, incluyendo autoridades gubernamentales, comunidades locales, proveedores y socios estratégicos.
Coordinar la elaboración de estudios de impacto ambiental y asegurar el cumplimiento de todas las normativas ambientales.
Coordinar el diseño preliminar del proyecto con el equipo de Ingeniería y EPC.
Supervisar la transición de proyectos desde la fase de desarrollo hasta el estado de ready to build, asegurando la entrega a tiempo y dentro del presupuesto.
Requisitos de la posición:
Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en desarrollo de proyectos en el sector energético en México en PV.
Conocimiento de metodologías y enfoques adecuados para el desarrollo de proyectos renovables a gran escala, habilidad con flujos de trabajo, diseño conceptual, bienes raíces, medio ambiente, permisos, interconexión, PMO y finanzas.
Comprensión de los requisitos de desarrollo con una mentalidad de construcción para alcanzar el RTB y entregar eficientemente el proyecto a un equipo de construcción dedicado.
Capacidad para gestionar proyectos complejos y una interfaz entre los aspectos comerciales y técnicos. Poseer tanto una gran perspicacia empresarial y comprensión/conciencia comercial, como un dominio de las cuestiones técnicas relacionadas con la energía renovable
Capacidad para utilizar y aplicar las competencias de otros miembros del personal del proyecto y actuar como mentor de los colegas que forman parte del mismo.
Capacidad para comunicar ideas, necesidades y conclusiones de forma eficaz y eficiente tanto por escrito como oralmente. La fluidez escrita y verbal tanto en inglés como en español es un requisito imprescindible.
