On the stunning southern coast of Mexico’s Baja peninsula, experience Cabo’s Golden Corridor, ideally located between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo. In the heart of all the action, the coveted community of Cabo Del Sol is home to our modern hacienda-style village, with sparkling ocean views throughout. Create magical memories as hearts beat to the rhythm of Mexican music, art and culture – embraced by the warmth of our Four Seasons “familia.” This ultra-luxury ocean-front resort will include 96 beautifully appointed guestrooms and 61 Residences, Amenities will include three restaurants, five bars, three pools, an open-air fitness center designed by celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak, Spa with ten treatment rooms and relaxation oasis, and The Clubhouse. The Clubhouse is perched above the resort with sweeping Ocean views, and it is being designed as THE place to host spectacular weddings and events for up to 250 people. It will feature and event lawn for ceremonies, an indoor/outdoor ballroom, living room space for entertaining, and a bridal suite.

The role of the Spa Receptionist  

The Spa Receptionist will demonstrate the following key characteristics:

To greet, accommodate and facilitate guest arrival and departure in the spa. To arrange spa appointments while greeting and accommodating guests. To respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum guest satisfaction and comfort. To comply with all Four Seasons’ policies, procedures, and standards.

Knowledge and Skills

High school education or equivalent experience 6 months and upwards of work experience in a hotel or spa, preferably within the high end/luxury market. Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English and Spanish language. Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, preferably have a working knowledge of Book4Time, or equivalent Spa operating system. Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

Master Your Craft:

The Spa Receptionist handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodates all guest requests the best of their abilities or offer other alternatives when necessary, assists guests with all inquiries in connection with spa services, Uses the Spa software program and possess extensive spa, product, and treatment knowledge to be able to recommend and schedule treatments, collect payment for of Spa services and/or retail purchase.
