The Opportunity
Are you ready to take your analytical skills to the next level? Join us as a Senior Analyst where you’ll play a pivotal role in managing SPA box tickets and resolving time-card and compensation issues for our vibrant Field Sales team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring our employees are accurately compensated, working collaboratively across teams to implement quick and effective solutions.

Innovative Work: Handle a variety of tasks including validating zones, extracting employee lists, and managing data access, all while leveraging tools like Power BI for insightful reporting.Your Impact
As our Senior Analyst, you'll:
Drive Efficiency: Manage and resolve SPA box tickets swiftly, ensuring issues affecting employee pay (approximately 5 per week) are addressed promptly. Solve Problems: Troubleshoot and resolve HST (Hourly Sales Time-card) issues by collaborating with various teams to implement quick solutions. Ensure Accuracy: Validate zones and customer data in HST every Monday, extract active employee lists on Wednesdays, and upload new access files into the HST table every Friday. Optimize Systems: Address and resolve any synchronization issues between Sales-force and SAP, and tackle access and UI challenges. Manage Adjustments: Oversee the time-card adjustment process and handle all related SPA box tickets (around 30 per week). Enhance Reporting: Conduct reviews and approvals for Power BI Time-card Reporting, working with internal teams to ensure data accuracy. Streamline Contracting: Manage issues related to contracting SPA box tickets (approximately 10 per week), ensuring a smooth contracting process. QualificationsWho We’re Looking For
Fluent Communicator: Strong English fluency, both written and verbal, to clearly articulate and resolve complex issues. Tech-Savvy: Advanced skills in computer applications (Outlook, Word, Power-Point, Excel) and experience with Sales-force, SAP, Power BI, and Nintex. Detail-Oriented: Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy. Responsive & Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and able to manage several tasks simultaneously.
