Key Responsibilities

Personnel administration (attention to the different commercial and operational areas on the necessary labor requirements). Recruitment of administrative vacancies (support for operational vacancies too). Support for payroll incidents. Development of programs, activities and events for the improvement of the work environment. Administration and execution of the internal work regulations. Administration and Follow-up of the incorporation program of new employees (administrative and operative). Administration of external personnel (security service, cleaning service, maintenance in general). Support and administration of the employee development and training plan. Absenteeism and turnover analysis.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

More than 6 years of experience in HR. (Labor Relation, Recruitment, OD, Training, Communcation). Relationship in the management of unions. English.
