RESUMEN DE TRABAJO:
Un técnico de mantenimiento es responsable de trabajar en un entorno de ritmo acelerado para realizar una variedad de tareas muy diversas, como solucionar problemas, reparar y mantener equipos de produccin e instalaciones de acuerdo con sistemas y procesos de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de seguridad que respaldan el logro de metas y objetivos comerciales de ANDROID.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES DE TRABAJO:
Soporte técnico de fabricacin. Construir, diseñar, ensamblar y depurar nuevos equipos. Completar a tiempo los documentos relacionados con cualquier cambio de ingeniería: PFMEA, flujos de proceso, planes de control, hoja de primera pieza, diseños de planta, instrucciones para el operador, verificaciones de estaciones anteriores, informes de GP-12.EXPECTATIVAS:
Mantener los componentes mecánicos y eléctricos en una línea de ensamblaje de componentes automotrices, construir, maquinar y depurar nuevos equipos para futuros negocios. Realizacin de mantenimiento preventivo. Resolucin de problemas de sistemas eléctricos automatizados. Seguridad consciente. Equipo orientado. Auto motivado. Posibilidad de cubrir otros turnos y fines de semana según sea necesario. Capacidad para trabajar horas extras.TÍTULOS Y EXPERIENCIA:
Capacidad para leer e interpretar planos y esquemas eléctricos. Aptitud mecánica y eléctrica demostrada. La experiencia en el sistema de control es una ventaja. Instalacin de sistemas eléctricos a 480 VAC. Experiencia en reparacin mecánica. Dos años de experiencia en ensamblaje, fabricacin y mantenimiento de equipos. Competente en programacin de PLC, sistemas neumáticos, sistemas basados en microprocesadores dedicados. Mantenimiento de sistemas neumáticos. Deseable: solucin de problemas de sistemas de control (PLC) Operacin del equipo de la sala de herramientas (Tornos , amoladoras, soldadura y fabricacin, etc.) Candidates residing in California or Colorado are not eligible for remote positions.Android Industries is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
