ResponsibilitiesThe Opportunity
Deliver insights grounded in Sensory & Consumer Science that inform product / packaging development decisions, delivering differentiated products that win in marketplace.
Conduct appropriate Sensory and Consumer research tests to build new or existing product learning and advance knowledge of the consumer while meeting business objectives.
Fully leveraging global scale, promoting integration between global-regional-local product deliverables.
Your Impact as Sensory Sr Scientist (Temporal) your responsibilities would consist of:
Design research plans, coordinate tests, analyze and interpret experimental data to provide technical recommendation for LatAm region. Identify, develop and implement sensory methods for consumer research to match project objectives and strengthen decision making for new product development, maintenance and renovation, brand stewardship and productivity. Ensure most relevant EXP support is provided despite continuous changes, time or business constraints. Analyze and integrate sensory and consumer information with additional sources as physicochemical, process, business and product design information to translate data into insights and actionable recommendations to support product and packaging development aligned with business strategy. Identify opportunity areas and support implementation of continuous improvement processes. Support budget management according to business and operation needs. Interaction with sensory and consumer vendors ensuring best practices. Present orally and written reports to R&D and business stakeholders. Contribute to Global EXP teams by participating in global sensory task forces to evaluate, develop, align and implement best practices and/or protocols. QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?
Graduates in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering or related. Master's or Doctorate in Food Sciences or Consumer Psychology (Nice to have) Advance English (Written and Verbal Skills) Knowledge and experience in the development of new products (food and/or beverages). Knowledge using statistical analysis programs: XLStat and Minitab.What can you expect from us:
