Location: Remote (MST Timezone)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM MST

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement custom solutions within HubSpot using its development tools, API, and resources.
• Design advanced functionalities and custom modules to optimize our CRM strategies and enhance marketing campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct thorough audits and system optimizations to ensure peak efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Manage and streamline integrations between HubSpot and various platforms to improve our operational workflows.
• Play a crucial role in our marketing initiatives by leveraging HubSpot's capabilities for lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance system usability and automate tasks, significantly reducing manual effort.

Requirements: 

• MUST HOLD A HUBSPOT DEVELOPER CERTIFICATION.
• Demonstrated proficiency with HubSpots development aspects, including custom modules, templates, workflows, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of HubSpot platform functionalities.
• Excellent command of the English language, both in written and verbal communication.
• Solid problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a high-energy environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing successful CRM and marketing automation projects is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with HubL and Python is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with inbound marketing principles and practical application.
• Experience in managing multiple HubSpot environments, with additional certifications in HubSpot extending beyond the Developer Certification.
• Exposure to other marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
