Job Duties and Qualifications

Requisitos

  • Estudiantes universitarios matriculados entre el 6to y 8vo semestre de la Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Lic. En Comercio Internacional, Lic. En Psicología o afín al área administrativa.
  • Disponibilidad de tiempo para cumplir con las practicas (6 horas diarias).
  • Excel avanzado, Microsf teams y Canva.

 

Responsabilidades

  • Apoyo en la comunicación y organización de entrenamientos internos y externos
  • Validación de evidencias entregadas por proveedor y HSE para cursos internos y externos
  • Actualización de aplicación 'Training Planner'
  • Actualización de aplicación 'Training Attendance'
  • Administración de invitación a cursos de liderazgo
  • Actualización de historial de curricula por empleado
  • Envío de reportes de seguimiento de entrenamientos requeridos
  • Revisión de constancias DC3 por empleado por entrenamiento (Internos y externos)
  • Validación de la logistica de cursos HSE/NEO/Liderazgo en base
  • Actualización de calendarios de entrenamientos Internos y externos
  • Orientación a empleados en dudas relacionadas al sistema Learning Central
  • Creación de offerings en sistema (cursos)
