Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Partner with Digital Strategy, Product Marketing, SEO, and Development teams to deliver effective content for the website, supporting each stage of the customer journey Update existing pages and create new ones using Adobe Experience Manager CMS Manage digital projects, including asset collection from stakeholders and managing feedback Conduct QA testing on finished projects across breakpoints and device types Contribute to the creation of new components and system enhancements with Systems Analysts, Project Managers, and DevelopersRequired Competencies
Experience in a web content/management capacity with wider digital marketing awareness A great teammate who displays strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within and across teams Experience using a website content management system (CMS), preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Understanding of best practices across SEO, email campaigns, blogs and customer experience to drive brand awareness would be highly beneficial Flexibility to work across multiple regions and adjusting hours based on stakeholders needs Proficient in EnglishMinimum Qualifications
1+ years of experience in website content or digital project managementPreferred Qualifications
