Rack Molding Operator

: Operate and maintain rack molding equipment in a manufacturing environment. Monitor production processes and ensure strict adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues. Conduct regular inspections to ensure the flawless functioning of equipment. Maintain accurate documentation of production activities and report any deviations. Follow established safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

Elementary school education (complete or incomplete), or equivalent knowledge. Demonstrable experience of at least 3 months in a manufacturing environment. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members. Strong attention to detail and the ability to determine and implement process improvements. Proven ability to successfully operate and maintain manufacturing equipment. Must pass the hiring filters.
