The Accountant Supervisor is responsible to guarantee the accuracy and timing booking of the daily transactions and coordinate the projects related to the finance operation of the company.

What our Accountant Supervisor do:

Responsible to validate the correct allocation of the daily operations of the company Validate and approve the new vendor requests. Guarantee the daily update of the vendors contracts, corporate databases and following up with the Mexico government controls to avoid make business with any risk vendor Responsible for ongoing control and tracking of vendors blocked by the Government. Monthly Taxes Determination Responsible of Fixed Asset administration Maintains and ensures accuracy of accruals determinations and control. Closing month coordination; Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Bank Payments Uploading Elaborate financial statements & budget Cost of sales analysis Analyzes and prepares the Statistics Financial Report (INEGI)

What we look for:

Degree Public Accounting and 6 plus years of experience on private companies (not accounting firms), executing daily and closing month/year activities for Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Finance, Foreign Taxes & Regulations, Import/export Accounting Recognition, Accounts Receivable, Inventories & Costs. Experience as auditor required (internal or external) Experience on leadership of at least two projects required.

Experience on Physical Inventories (Goods and FA)

Having in charge of budget management required. Updated on tax regulations Bilingual Oriented to Results Knowledge of Commercial ERP’s Willingness to travel (30%) Passport and Visa (desirable)
