We are looking for a to join our team. Based in the City of Nogales, Sonora, Mexico, you will be responsible for Manufacture, modification, correction, adjustment and maintenance of mechanical parts used in manufacturing operations and in operational equipment and plant facilities, with the objective of supporting the requirements of machined parts required in the operation.

Main Responsibilities  

Participation and monitoring of correction actions and improvement of tools that are presented in the work plans. Monitoring the requirements for materials and tools ordered for machining work. Monthly projection of resources necessary for the operation of the Machining area. Scheduling the replenishment of machined spare parts for the Tool Crib area, based on the minimum and maximum parts inventory schedule. Participation in continuous improvement plans and teams in which you are a member. Focus on machining work that is mainly reflected in the quality of manufacturing and the efficiency of the processes.

Who are we looking for?  

Professional Industrial Maintenance, mechatronics or technical training. Experience in machining area Strawberry Turnstile Grinding machine Measurement equipment Interpretation of technical drawings Welding Materials Property Numerical control equipment Teamwork Analytical skills to determine manufacturing methods for parts with critical wear
