Job Description

AECOM México busca Cost Controller.
Funciones:

  • Desarrollar y mantener sistemas de control de costos, procedimientos y prácticas que aseguren la transparencia y la eficiencia en el seguimiento de los gastos.
  • Analizar las variaciones entre los costos reales y los presupuestados, identificando las causas de las desviaciones y proponiendo medidas correctivas.
  • Preparar informes detallados sobre el rendimiento financiero, incluyendo análisis de costos, pronósticos y tendencias para la revisión de la alta dirección.
  • Colaborar con los departamentos de compras, producción y operaciones para asegurar que las políticas y procedimientos de control de costos sean efectivos y estén bien implementados.
  • Participar en la elaboración de presupuestos y en la revisión financiera de propuestas de proyectos, asegurando que todos los costos sean considerados y adecuadamente proyectados.
  • Responsables de la identificación de los equipos y/o sistemas de largo tiempo de entrega, su repercusión en el programa de construcción y con las demás disciplinas del proyecto.
  • Responsable de la coordinación y logística del suministro e instalación de los diferentes equipos de su disciplina.
  • Responsables de vigilar el cumplimiento del programa de construcción aprobado y la actualización de este en caso de ser necesario.
  • Responsables de vigilar el cumplimiento de la normativa nacional y en caso de no existir, apegarse a los estándares internacionales aplicables.
  • Responsable de la identificación de las distintas ordenes de cambio que puedan surgir, ya sea en tiempo y/o costo, documentarlas y darles seguimiento.
  • Responsables de la coordinación y solución de interferencias para la instalación de bancos de ductos y/o instalaciones subterráneas requeridas en el proyecto.
  • Capacitar y asesorar a los equipos de gestión de proyectos y departamentos operativos sobre prácticas efectivas de control de costos y conciencia presupuestaria.
  • Realizar auditorías regulares de los procesos y sistemas de control de costos para asegurar la adherencia a las normas y políticas internas, así como a la legislación aplicable.
  • Colaborar en la mejora continua de los procesos financieros y operativos para incrementar la eficiencia y reducir costos innecesarios.
  • Contribuir en las negociaciones con proveedores y en la evaluación de contratos desde una perspectiva de control de costos. 

 


Qualifications

Requisitos mínimos:

  •  + 4 AÑOS o equivalencia demostrada de experiencia y/o educación

Experiencia:

  • Costos y estimaciones
  • En proyectos de gran escala de Data Center e Industriales

Preferencias:

  • 5 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos.
  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería Civil o afín
  • Inglés deseado
