IT Specialist - Deskside Support Level 2

Assist with inventory management of IT hardware, software and location information.

Collaborate with Level 1 support analysts to identify and troubleshoot technical issues

Continuously improve IT support processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction

Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity

Document all IT support activities and maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards

Ensure that all support requests are resolved in a timely manner

Escalate complex issues to Level 3 support as necessary

Install and configure software and hardware, including operating systems, printers, and other peripherals.

Install, configure, and maintain software applications and systems

Keep accurate records of IT support requests and resolutions

Monitor and maintain computer systems, including backups and antivirus software.

Monitor network performance and security

Participate in on-call rotation and be available to provide after-hours support when required.

Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on emerging technologies and industry best practices

Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support

Provide guidance and mentorship to Level 1 support analysts to improve their skills and knowledge

Provide IT support services to clients both onsite and remotely.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity

Work closely with other IT teams to identify and implement solutions to complex technical issues.

Perform other job duties as required.

Assist with OnBoard and OffBoard of Employees
