As Customer Service, you will lead all aspects of the business (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity) of a defined department within a manufacturing operation. Overseeing the customer care area and manufacturing goals to deliver the best experience to our customers. You will also drive continuous improvement using OPEX-KX principles and Lean manufacturing tools.

Responsibilities

Foreign trade operations (Virtual and Normal). Oversees the FEDEX account and the delivery orders. Manage the tooling and consumables orders until the arrival to the plant Oversees steel import process and washers Responsible of the export process for the customers (Daimler, GM, Stellantis and Mercedes Benz) Manage the ground, maritime and air transportation Responsible of the generation and submission of the purchase ordes to users and suppliers. Supports users with trainings regarding SRM

Perfil

Qualifications

Educational Background

BSc/BA or Masters Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineer, International Business

Work Experience :

2+ years working relevant experience in in the Automotive Industry.

Language Skills:

Spanish- Business Fluent English - Business Fluent German - Hepful

Professional Knowledge

Professional knowledge of SAP. Professional Knowledge in Import and Export process Professional Knowledge MS-Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point relational databases and SAP. Knowledge about continuous improvement and supply chain KPIs.
