Responsabilidades Principales:



  1. Gestión de Inventarios: Supervisar y controlar los niveles de inventario para garantizar una disponibilidad óptima de productos y materias primas, minimizando al mismo tiempo los costos de almacenamiento y obsolescencia.


  2. Lead Times: Coordinar con los equipos de producción y proveedores para establecer y gestionar tiempos de entrega efectivos, asegurando la puntualidad en la producción y la satisfacción del cliente.


  3. Tiempos y Movimientos: Analizar y optimizar los procesos de producción mediante el estudio detallado de los tiempos y movimientos, buscando reducir desperdicios y mejorar la eficiencia operativa.


  4. Gestión de Demanda: Colaborar con el equipo de ventas para comprender y prever la demanda del cliente, utilizando datos históricos y análisis de tendencias para desarrollar pronósticos precisos y planes de producción adecuados.


  5. Administración de Almacenes: Supervisar las operaciones de almacén para garantizar un flujo eficiente de materiales y productos, manteniendo altos estándares de organización, seguridad y cumplimiento.


  6. ERP ODO: Utilizar el sistema ERP ODO para gestionar y coordinar las actividades de planificación de producción, garantizando la precisión y la integridad de los datos en todo momento.


  7. Resolución de Problemas: Identificar y abordar proactivamente los desafíos y obstáculos en la producción, desarrollando soluciones efectivas para mantener la continuidad operativa y minimizar los impactos negativos.


  8. ForeCast: Realizar análisis de pronósticos de demanda y ajustes periódicos, colaborando estrechamente con el equipo de ventas y marketing para garantizar la precisión de los pronósticos y la adecuada planificación de la producción.


  9. Programación de Producción: Elaborar y mantener programas de producción detallados, asignando recursos de manera eficiente y optimizando la capacidad de la planta para cumplir con los objetivos de producción.
+5 años de experiencia en manufactura|Experiencia en planeación de producción e inventarios.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia previa de al menos 5 años en roles de manufactura, con un enfoque específico en la planificación de producción y gestión de inventarios.
  • Conocimiento sólido del sistema ERP ODO y experiencia en su implementación y uso.
  • Experiencia previa en equipos de impresión digital altamente variable en productos y volúmenes de producción.
  • Habilidades analíticas avanzadas y capacidad para interpretar datos complejos para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva en un entorno interdisciplinario y multicultural.
  • Altamente extrovertido, proactivo y autodirigido, capaz de trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo para lograr los objetivos establecidos.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a viernes de 9 a 5 en oficina y en planta de lunes a jueves durante 12 horas.
  • Certificaciones adicionales en gestión de operaciones o planificación de la producción son una ventaja.
