We are looking for a Lean Manager for Piedras Negras, Coahuila; responsible for preparing, deploying and monitoring Littelfuse Operating System (LFOS).
About the job:
Deployment of the Littelfuse Operating System (LFOS ) / Lean at a full scale deployment site and responsible for sustaining LFOS structures and principles in a site that has completed the standard implementation framework Leads the Maturity evaluation in all Cells/Area s at the site with a focus on consistency and knowledge sharing Understands the sites products and processes and work with the Plant Manager’s Staff to identify improvement opportunities and develop the business case for the changes Ensure that site level goal and objective (G&O’s are aligned and deployed throughout the organization) Responsible for the Lean Engineers Coordinate the Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and kaizen trainings according the planAbout you:
Professional degree complete with 5 to 10 years of experience in similar position Excellent Bilingual (English / Spanish) Written and verbal communication ability, including presentation skills Leadership and project management skills Green Belt Certified, Lean Expert Black Belt desired Lean tools as TPS, VSM, Kaizen, Hoshin Kanri Experience with cost analysis, materials management and supply changeLittelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
