Job description

Your tasks: Support the BIM implementation for rail projects across LATAM and in international projects. Support the acquisition of local and international clients to discover the market opportunities in the region with support of the Junior BIM Consultant Share technical expertise around BIM to support the ongoing bidding process Apply project management across the region to ensure the alignment with budget and DB E&C quality standards  Identify and analyze the business requirements and translate them into scalable client solutions Delivering presentations to potential clients to promote DB E&C know-how in the region and explore the opportunities in the market Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Your profile: 5 – 8 years of experience as a BIM Consultant with a proven track of completed projects within this area; previous experience in the railway industry is required A bachelor/master’s degree in engineering is required Previous experience on international infrastructure projects implementing BIM will be an asset Solid understanding and knowledge of OpenBIM standards. Fluency in Spanish as well as fluent English skills (oral and written - min. C1 level) due to the international character of work Proactive approach in project acquisition and delivery of project milestones for clients across the region  Strong communicator skills both at the team level as well as an ambassador for the DB E&C business for external stakeholders Ability to come up with innovative ideas and transfer them into action
