Misión: 

Ejecutar mantenimientos preventivos, correctivos y puesta en marcha de los equipos; cumpliendo con la lista de actividades y los objetivos del negocio. Realizar el diagnóstico, dar solución a los problemas técnicos presentados y presentar un reporte profesional de los mismos.
Realizar los servicios bien y a la primera, logrando la satisfacción del cliente.

Responsabilidades:

Contribuir con la planeación estratégica y la toma de decisiones, para alinear las actividades de mantenimiento y/o formas de trabajo / ejecución, con la visión global de la organización, los objetivos del negocio y los resultados del BRM; atendiendo los servicios asignados.Ser puntual en el trabajo diariamente, así como con el cliente a visitar (hora indicada/acordada por planeación y solicitada por el cliente).Mantener una muy buena actitud, compromiso y vocación de servicio para el cumplimiento de sus funciones. Así como una buena comunicación e interacción con sus líderes.Consultar diario la asignación de servicios mediante MAM2, utilizando la herramienta (tablet/laptop) asignada y teniendo interacción constante con su Planeador de servicio.Apoyar en actividades del taller (indicadas por Supervisor/Responsable de taller/Planeador/ Coordinador/Gerente de Operaciones), cuando no haya asignación de OS en MAM2.Revisar todo el material de la OS y herramientas que se tiene que llevar al servicio asignado, o tomar la acción de solicitarla al Supervisor o Responsable del taller.Revisar (antes de ir al servicio asignado) en la plataforma del Smartlink, si la serie del equipo a intervenir tiene o no Smartbox; y tomar la acción de llevar la caja para instalación-revisión de comunicación del mismo, a fin de garantizar que el equipo quede transmitiendo al final.Ejecutar mantenimientos: preventivo y correctivo a los equipos vendidos por los asesores de ventas, tales como compresores, secadoras, generadores, etc., cumpliendo con la lista de actividades, el alcance del servicio (explicar al cliente el propósito de la visita), instalación del smartbox y cumpliendo con los lineamientos de seguridad.Realizar puesta en marcha inicial de los equipos de las líneas de negocio de Atlas Copco y dejar transmitiendo el smartlink, indicando en el reporte de arranque que queda transmitiendo. Así como asentar en reporte cuando se le imparte curso de Operación básica de equipo al cliente.Ejecutar bien los servicios y a la primera, en el tiempo asignado, no dejando garantías o retrabajos que afecten la planeación y contribuyendo al WIP y la Eficiencia Operacional.Asesorar a los clientes en problemas técnicos referentes al funcionamiento de los equipos o aportando con recomendaciones para que no afecten la operación de estos.Realizar mediciones y pruebas a los equipos de acuerdo con parámetros y registrar los resultados en Reporte Técnico, entregando el mismo en tiempo y con un reporte detallado (fotográfico) y profesional de las distintas situaciones presentadas.Diagnosticar y dar solución a problemas de funcionamiento de los equipos. Buscando siempre resolver individualmente, después apoyándose con Supervisor, posterior con un compañero de experiencia y al final con soporte técnico (ya con toda la información relacionada al caso).Comunicarse diario con su planeador y supervisor por la tarde (3 a 4pm preferentemene), a fin de reportar/actualizar el avance o demora justificada del servicio, para continuar al siguiente día con el plan de trabajo asignado, no afectando la planeación con los clientes.Generar LEADs en OS (FP, FPA, PM standard) asignada con el submenú Next visit en MAM2, escribiendo los números de partes de la piezas que lo tengan.Obtener la firma de conformidad de cada servicio o mantenimiento asignado, en la orden de servicio en MAM2, en reporte técnico fotográfico de fallas y en remisión de refacciones.Explicar siempre al cliente el reporte realizado y lo encontrado.Invitar al cliente a que conteste la encuesta de NPS que le llegará posterior al servico, así como a que se comunique con su asesor de servicio para el alta o revisión de su site de Smartlink.Capturar diariamente sus tiempos y SINCRONIZAR, integrando los gastos de cada OS.Replicar/sincronizar la base de datos MAM2 diariamente para actualizar información de OS´s.Vestir siempre el uniforme original de trabajo asignado, así como el equipo de protección personal durante la jornada de trabajo en taller o con el cliente.Usar adecuadamente la herramienta manual/especial asignada, así como la del taller, teniendo identificada y en buen estado la misma para cualquier auditoría o check list.Usar adecuadamente la herramienta conocida como vehículo asignado y tomar la responsabilidad sobre el mismo, traer siempre limpia la unidad y en las condiciones originales, NO teniendo gastos innecesarios y solicitando permiso de tenerla o no en caso de vacaciones y de acuerdo con la necesidad de la Operación.Entregar/reportar “check list” del vehículo asignado el lunes de cada semana con Supervisor.Entregar la comprobación de gastos de Tarjeta Corporativa o reembolso de efectivo al Supervisor (apegados a la Política de viáticos) para su aprobación, cumpliendo con las fechas establecidas por el Controller de Servicio.Entrega oportunamente las refacciones de devolución al responsable de taller o supervisor, previamente identificadas con su OS y NPS.Conocer e identificar siempre los riesgos inherentes a sus actividades y cumplir con las medidas de control del área de trabajo (orden y limpieza) para prevenir enfermedades y accidentes, logrando contribuir en taller a la certificación en auditorías.Realizar reporte en plataforma TIA (risk observations) por lo menos uno al mes.Identificar los aspectos ambientales significativos de su área y contribuir al logro de las metas ambientales y para certificación en auditorías.
