What you need to have: 

Have at least 2 years of experience as a Performance tester on Micro Focus Load Runner Enterprise (LRE) tool Ability to speak and write English fluently Have experience in Load testing of an Enterprise level application like Oracle E-Business Suite Have been responsible for Designing and development of performance test plans and test cases based on project requirements Have been responsible for executing performance tests and analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks Have been collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that performance testing is integrated into the software development lifecycle Have been responsible for providing regular status updates on performance testing progress and results
