Job Description

As the Production Supervisor you will be responsible of supervise and execute production programs, managing resources efficiently, complying with established requirements, ensuring that personnel meet safety, quality, delivery and productivity standards. 

Encouraging the discipline of respecting established procedures and instructions. Create and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Contribute to avoiding or reducing staff turnover/absenteeism. Develop cross-functional staff. Create and maintain a healthy work environment. Ensure that your work team complies with the company's policies and procedures, as well as internal work regulations. Promote safe work practices and achieve objectives for ergonomics, health, safety (6S’s). Make sure you meet key metrics: (Safety, Production, Scrap, Order Closing, VBS, Audits, Adherence, Cycle Counts, 6"s). Ensure product quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree: Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer, or all Engineering related. (Desirable) English level: Intermediate (Desirable). Proactive and organized. Effective time management skills. Available to change shifts. Personnel management. Ability to function independently within established guidelines. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office programs. Problem/issue resolution capability. Decision-making "critical thinking"
