Propósito General. El colaborador administrará programas de beneficios para los empleados de nuestros clientes.
Se encargará de generar informes sobre la actividad de los asegurados y de responder a las consultas de trabajadores, proveedores y clientes, así como de redactar cartas y documentación y preparar informes.
Responsabilidades. El colaborador proporciona apoyo administrativo de alta calidad a clientes internos y externos mediante:
Procesar con precisión las transacciones y consultas siguiendo correctamente los procedimientos y cumpliendo los plazos acordados. Siguiendo los requisitos específicos del cliente para satisfacer sus necesidades exactas. Aplicar los procesos y procedimientos del equipo en el trabajo diario. Alcanzar los objetivos individuales y de equipo (KPI, SLA, objetivos de calidad). Revisar y actualizar los procedimientos y la documentación. Contribuir al equipo, apoyando al resto del equipo en función de sus necesidades (como compañero de los colegas menos experimentados y apoyando a los colegas más veteranos). Mantener los niveles requeridos de conocimientos técnicos y normas de comportamiento, especialmente todos los requisitos reglamentarios y estatutarios. Establecer relaciones sólidas con equipos de clientes, representantes de clientes y proveedores externos. Comunicarse con las partes pertinentes utilizando el canal de comunicación y el lenguaje adecuados. Realizar las tareas adicionales que le solicite su jefe.Requerimientos del Puesto.
Licenciatura terminada. Inglés avanzado. Manejo de Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; así como herramientas de colaboración y mensajería corporativa en línea. Experiencia de al menos 2 años en puestos similares o de servicio. Deseable hablar portugués.Competencias Clave.

Identificar y ajustar desviaciones en la información previo a la entrega de esta. Búsqueda de la causa raíz de problemas actuales para proponer soluciones y/o alternativas.
