We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join to the team; As our Finance Manager you will plan, evaluate and control jointly with the Plant Manager, the company resources for make the best business decisions for the company as well as safeguard through the adequate control of the information.

Key responsibilities include financial forecasting, risk management, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies.

Complete financial reports (POR), own the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast as well as Key indicators.

Strategize on fund procurement and propose to corporate the best strategy.

Evaluate the financial performance and measure returns on investments as well as understand and calculate the risks involved in the financial activities.

Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Attend corporate audits and government.

Coordinate the Board of Directors meeting and reports.

Lead all annual tax statement and payroll processes.

Assess the investments planned by the Plant Management and the investment authorized by the corporate

Own the develop of financial documents of the business.

Make estimates of funds required for the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization in accordance with Plant Manager and Corporate.

Listen to collaborators’ ideas and recognize and empower them when they fulfil their work. Provide feedback on their performance and give support when required by the team.

Support and help with other tasks assigned by the Finance Corporate staff.

Maintain a detailed system of accounting policies and procedures.

Finance Manager requirements:

Degree or equivalent experience in finance/accounting or related, master’s degree preferred.

English – 750 TOEIC

5 years of work experience as a Finance Manager (desire).

Detailed understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Analytical problem solver with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.

 Attention to detail and excellent report-writing and social skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office, Oracle, and other financial planning software.
