Buscamos un Business Intelligence (BI) Semi Senior full time para unirse a nuestro equipo en Ciudad de México. Esta posición híbrida (dos días a la semana en oficina) está orientada a un profesional con una sólida comprensión en análisis de datos y creación de reportes BI, idealmente con experiencia en la industria de la salud. El BI Semi Senior colaborará con equipos multidisciplinarios para mejorar la toma de decisiones basadas en datos, ayudando a identificar y analizar indicadores clave de desempeño (KPI) y tendencias del sector. Mejorar su sistema de reportoría.
Responsabilidades:
- Compilación, análisis y monitoreo de información a nivel empresa.
- Extracción de información de las diferentes bases de datos
- Limpieza y transformación de datos
- Elaboración de Indicadores del negocio (KPI’s).
- Generación de reportes y tableros de indicadores y métricas a todos los niveles de la operación
- Crear herramientas o sistemas de inteligencia de negocios, incluyendo diseño de bases de datos, hojas de cálculo o salidas relacionadas.
Requirements
A nivel técnico:
1. Conocimientos de programación (SQL Server, MySQL, deseable Python o RStudio)
2. Análisis estadístico (estadística descriptiva e inferencial)
3. Experiencia utilizando herramientas de visualización de datos (ejemplo: Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio)
4. Gestión y limpieza de datos: limpieza, transformación e integración de varias fuentes de información.
Habilidades:
1. Capacidad de resolución de problemas
2. Analítico y atención en el detalle
3. Comunicación, no solo a nivel escrito y verbal sino es importante que sepa traducir los datos en conclusiones y propuestas de mejora
Otros:
Educación: Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Matemáticas, Estadística o carreras afines.
Plus: Experiencia previa en el sector salud o en el análisis de datos clínicos o de pacientes.
