Application Scientist III

We are looking for an Application Scientist lll- Culinary to join our team and support the Flavors & Extracts Latin America business in Tlalnepantla, Mexico. The Application Scientist lll will need to have solid experience in the different applications categories, lead culinary presentations for customers and new products development.

What you’ll do:

Host Culinary and not culinary presentations for customers and lead company events as needed (expos, conferences, etc.) Travel with the Technical and sales account managers for customer presentations. Upload into the system technical, safety information and documentation requested by customers Validate raw materials and keep proper inventory level Participate in sensory evaluations

What you’ll bring:

6+years of new products development, pilot plant escalation and production process. Bachelor´s Degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineer and Master´s Degree is a plus. Creativity and innovation Knowledge on food additives application and functionality  Result driven and quick learning skills.
